Ultra Vitamin D3 tablet contains 2.000 IU (50 µg) of vitamin D3 known as cholecalciferol. The long-established recommended intake of 5 µg was raised by the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) in 2016 at 15μg, correcting the old recommendation that underestimates the importance of this vitamin. Numerous new studies point to the importance of taking higher doses of vitamin D3, especially when you need to replenish the body’s supplies in a shorter time.

Ultra vitamin D provides an optimal dose of vitamin D, which is of particular importance for the normal function of numerous processes in our body.
